Paul Pitsenbarger has served as Vice President for Autism Empowerment since 2011 and is involved with strategic planning and development. Paul is retired from 31 years at Crown Zellerbach and James River Corporation (now Georgia Pacific) where he served as Director of Timber Taxation. Paul has extensive accounting and vendor relationship management experience.
While at Crown Zellerbach, Paul volunteered serving as company advisor for Junior Achievement. He also served as a judge for the JA National Championships judging both the quality of applicant projects as well as their recordkeeping.
After retirement, Paul continued a relationship with Crown Zellerbach employees by coordinating company reunions, securing raffle donations and coordinating special events. Paul has volunteered in various leadership roles with the Crown Zellerbach Golf Club for the past 25 years.
Paul is the father of an adult daughter on the autism spectrum. He is the grandfather to two grandsons on the autism spectrum and enjoys spending time with them and having them teach him about numbers and new technology.
Paul’s hobbies and interests include golf and woodworking.
