Tara O’Gorman, MSW, joined Autism Empowerment’s Board of Directors in October 2016. She is an advocate dedicated to working with individuals and families living with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and consulting for organizations working within the ASD community. She is a group facilitator for adolescents and young adults with ASD, serves on the Editorial Advisory Board and is a contributor for Spectrums Magazine.

Tara is the founder and facilitator of Autism Empowerment’s Tween and Teen Social Club. She serves on the Editorial Advisory Board and is a regular contributor for Spectrums Magazine. Tara also publishes blogs regularly for SpectrAbilities.

Tara is a proud mom to two sons, including a teenager with Asperger’s.
