This unique troop is designed to work with scouts with special needs who are moving from Cub Scouts to Boy Scouts. Karen is one of the troop’s founders and was its first Scout Master.  We talk to Karen about how the troop came to be, the goals of the troop and the different success stories that have come from Troop 5280.
