Happy Easter from Autism Empowerment!
We hope those of you who attended our Easter Egg hunt had a great time! We are getting so much helpful feedback from so many kind families. Thank you so much for your willingness to assist. Our belief is that Autism Empowerment should be a collaborative community and we are excited to have others join in.
We'll be taking a break for the next couple of days to focus on an upcoming IEP meeting, grant application deadlines (we made it to the next round with 4 of our recent Request for Proposals) and responding to emails. We want to get back to everyone who wrote to us and will do our best to respond within 24 hours.
We have added a few Easter Egg Hunt photos to the Autism Empowerment Facebook page. Please come "Like" us at Facebook as we are very social media friendly and would appreciate your input in our community.

Also, I wanted to ask if any of you out there took photos or video at the event that you'd be willing to allow us to post on our website or Facebook page, we would greatly appreciate it as we didn't get as many photos as we would have liked. We would like all photos but especially any Easter Bunny photos or face-painting because we didn't get any of those pictures. We'd love to see your faces! If you agree, we'll post your photo without names but if you'd like us to include your child(ren)'s first name, we are happy to do so. I know for some, it's fun for them to see, like my little ham who is running through in the background with his basket.

HAPPY EASTER! May your lights shine bright!
Karen
