Autism Empowerment Partners with MACY's for Seventh Annual "Shop For A CAUSE"

Macy’s helps Autism Empowerment raise funds and awareness for individuals and families impacted by Autism and Asperger's Syndrome through their annual charity shopping event.

Macy’s is partnering with Autism Empowerment to invite customers to participate in Macy’s seventh annual “Shop for a Cause” charity shopping event. Macy’s 2012 Shop for a Cause will take place on August 25, 2012; customers can purchase shopping passes now from Autism Empowerment.  Macy’s Shop For A Cause is a unique one-day-only shopping event created to support local charities’ fundraising efforts, which have helped raised more than $42 million for charities across the country since 2006.  

Macy’s has provided Autism Empowerment with shopping passes to sell for $5 each. The organization will keep 100% of every shopping pass it sells. The more shopping passes sold by Autism Empowerment, the more money Autism Empowerment will raise!

By purchasing a shopping pass to the event from Autism Empowerment, customers support Autism Empowerment's mission of providing Acceptance, Enrichment , Inspiration and Empowerment worldwide to individuals and families impacted by Autism, Asperger’s and ASDs. They do this while enjoying a day of spectacular discounts, entertainment, special events. Pass holders will enjoy special discounts on most regular, sale and clearance purchases all day.   (Some exclusions apply.)

To receive your shopping pass, all you need to do is make a $5.00 donation to Autism Empowerment. (THANK YOU!!!)

A $5.00 donation gets 1 savings pass.

A $10.00 donation gets 2 savings passes.

A $15.00 donation gets 3 savings passes.

A $20.00 donation gets 4 savings passes.

and so on... (in case you'd like to donate for a friend or are feeling extra generous)

When making your donation, you have a choice of having the shopping pass coupon mailed to you or you can help Autism Empowerment save an extra stamp by allowing them to email it in PDF format. Please let them know in the comments section and you will have your pass placed in the mail or emailed within 24 - 48 hours.
